Drew this to warm up for commissions earlier today. I’m excited to wear my fem!John cosplay again!

Only my carpal tunnel is getting worse. ;_; Has anyone had any luck with specific exercises or braces? The pinky side of my palm has been burning and now its starting to move down on the underside of my wrist and my elbow is getting sore ;;; Any tips?
